Reserving a seat

Seminars are free to attend and dinner is provided at no cost. Seats are limited by venue capacity, so we ask guests to reserve ahead. A reservation holds a seat; it is not a purchase and creates no obligation. You may cancel at any time, and nothing is sold at dinner.

Messages

If you choose to receive text messages or emails from us, you can stop at any time — reply STOP to any text, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Choosing not to receive them never affects your reservation. Details are on our text message page and in our privacy notice.

Educational content

Our seminars are educational. Nothing presented at a seminar, and nothing on these pages, is medical advice or a diagnosis, and attending does not create a provider relationship. Speak with a qualified professional about your own situation.
