Who we are

DAP Sales LLC hosts the seminars, collects the reservations, and sends any text messages or emails you receive about them. We are the business responsible for your information. Our business address is 2709 Stillwater St, White Bear Township, MN 55110.

What we collect, and why

When you reserve a seat we collect your name, the phone number and email address you give us, the seminar you chose, and whether you asked to receive text messages or emails. We use it to hold your reservation, confirm it, remind you before the dinner, and — only if you asked — invite you to future events in your area.

Text messages

We send text messages only to guests who asked for them, and asking is never a condition of reserving a seat or attending. Message frequency varies and follows our event schedule — usually two to six messages around a seminar, and none in between. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes.

Who else sees your information

We use ShowRunner (ShowRunner LLC) as our customer-management software, and the messaging and email providers it connects to, to hold reservations and deliver messages on our behalf. They act as our service providers, not for their own purposes. We also share a headcount and seating details with the restaurant hosting each dinner. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or contact us directly to ask what we hold about you or to have it removed.

Health-related information

Because our seminars cover health-and-wellness topics, information about which seminar you chose may be treated as consumer health data under some state laws. That is addressed separately and distinctly in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, and in the Privacy Notice for Seminar Guests.
