You can connect a Google account to send email from your own address and check your calendar before booking appointments. ShowRunner requests two permissions, plus your Google account's email address to identify the connected account (it is also the From and Reply-To address on your email):
When you send a follow-up or confirmation to one of your own contacts, ShowRunner sends it through your Gmail address so replies come back to your real inbox. ShowRunner uses it only for your organization's own activity: messages you or your team send or schedule, automatic appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups, team and client-account invitations, and notifications to you and your organization's owners. If your account is administered for you through Client Accounts, the operators who administer it can send on your behalf too. It does not read, delete, or modify your existing email.
ShowRunner reads the events on your primary calendar and shows their times and titles on the booking screen, so you and your team can see conflicts before booking a pre-screen appointment. It does not save your calendar events, and it does not create, change, or delete them.
Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared or sold. Google user data is never used for advertising or to train AI models. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored token, or from your Google Account permissions page. ShowRunner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details in our Privacy Policy.

The founding-member base plan is $499 per month and includes one closer. Additional closer seats are $75 per month. Founding members keep their locked-in base rate for as long as they stay subscribed.
